Our Board of Directors is responsible for the overall direction and policy of DBG. They will ensure that DBG delivers on its mandate. The Board was selected through an open and competitive process, overseen by PWC. They have been selected for their expertise, diversity of experience, and commitment to the integrity of Development Bank Ghana. The Board elected Dr. Yaw Ansu as Chairman.

They lead the operation and value creation team and provide input into the investment-making process as we select our financial institution partners.
